Barbara Goldberg & Associates, LLC has been the Federal Evaluator for several demonstration projects of the Department of Education (TRIO, GEAR UP), Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Adolescent Pregnancy Programs (OAPP), for Delaware’s Batterer’s Intervention Program, and for a child abuse prevention effort of Wisconsin’s Oneida Tribe.

Once the initial evaluation is finalized, we take the time to explain the plan and the evaluation process to leadership and staff. We address all concerns upfront with objectivity, flexibility, respect, and humor. While always mindful of adhering to implementation timetables, we firmly believe that both leadership and staff commitment to the evaluation process is critical to its ultimate success.
